Date and Schedule

The training was conducted over five non-consecutive days in November 2025: 19th, 21st, 24th, 25th, and 26^th. Each daily session was comprehensive, running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring full coverage of the planned curriculum during the allotted time.

Curriculum and Modules

The program was designed to provide a foundational understanding of the SAP system by focusing on three essential business modules:

• Financial Accounting Module: Covering core accounting principles and transactional processes within SAP.
• Sales and Distribution Module: Addressing the end-to-end management of sales orders, shipping and billing.
• Human Capital Module: introducing participants to the management of personnel administration and organisational structures.

Session Highlights and Learning Outcomes

The training employed a balanced methodology combining theoretical structure with crucial hand on practical sessions. The session was noted for being very interactive, with participants actively engaging by performing tasks on their own laptops. This practical application ensured that students not only gained a basic conceptual ideas of the SAP system but also learned how to use it effectively through direct experience.
