Mahatma Gandhi University has a well-developed high-tech campus spread over 110 acres of lush green land at Priyadarsini Hills, Kottayam. The School of Management and Business Studies in the University campus is amidst the green canopy of palms and breath-taking scenic beauty of Mother Nature. The elegant landscape and the eco-friendly environment provide an ideal learning experience for the students.

SMBS is equipped with modern facilities and learning resources to achieve academic excellence.In addition to the facilities at SMBS, the students have access to central resources of the university viz. university library, university computer center, common assembly hall, convergence academic complex,  civil service institute, hostels, university guest house etc.  Sharing of facilities between the departments of the university is also encouraged. The University has set up a Business Incubation and Innovation Centre (BIIC) in 2016 with a view to inculcating entrepreneurial spirit of youth and providing customised support to early stage business ideas with high growth potential.
