University Centre for International Cooperation

Mahatma Gandhi University has established University Centre for International Cooperation (UCIC) as an integral part of the interdisciplinary convergence academia centre during 2010, to explore internationalization in the campus by promoting inward and outward students movement through MOU, exchange, Central Govt Scholarship and Self Supporting nature. The major activities of the center are co-ordinating the admission process of ICCR sponsored International Students and those coming in self-supporting scheme to various schools and affiliated colleges, providing accommodation and ensuring the stay of the International Students, organising semester abroad programmes, conducting awareness programme to aspirants for promoting travel abroad for studies and to act as a catalyst in establishing MOU between various University schools and Universities abroad. We have been successful in admitting 130 International students so far for various programmes in the University.
